The location is on a busy street but close to many desirable commercial sites, hwys, etc. The turn over is constant. Management is not accommodating to request as they should be. The garbage situation (who needs to pay to have their garbage taken out...) is disgusting. Interior halls are not cleaned and feel unsanitary. Kitchen cabinets are poorly designed - whoever designed the cabinets and drawers needs to go to school! If you are lucky to have a good view - it's nice to the mts. or you hang out over I25! I moved here sight unseen. There are better places in the area and less expensive. Fees here are considerably higher than other nearby apt. complexes. COMPARE before you commit. There is no green space here - they allow dogs but there is no place for them to play or walk.:( Primarily caters to 25-35 yrs old.

The apartment complex is at a prime location. The variety of floor plans is sufficient and we found an optimal size apartment for a good price.

-Parking can be challenging based on where your apartment is in the complex.
-The entry/exit gate is inconsistant and obtrusive.
-Kitchen cabinet space is quite limited.
