Long time residents of Ft Collins my wife and I moved in to Pinecone in Febuary 2012. After living in our home here in town for 30+ years we were a little apprehensive about apt. living. This apprehension was put to rest very quickly by the friendliness and professional manner of the entire staff. They have made us feel very welcome. They are extremely rapid in their response time on service calls and as an added bonus the apartment itself is pretty darn nice. Great place to live!!!

The representatives were professional and courteous. They built rapport and sold the community, the property and the staff. The enthusiasm about the area and the apartment was very welcoming.
