This property is run down and not maintained. They just raised rent by $100 a month, yet there is no landscaping, mud and puddles everywhere every day from sprinklers that water patchy grass all night long even when it's raining, and the parking lot is an absolute crater of potholes so large and deep that vehicles get stuck and tires have been damaged. All of the apartment fixtures and amenities are extremely old and never seem to get updated and when a maintenance request is made it takes days or weeks to get fixed and usually is not done properly the first or second time. The staff is not accommodating and does not follow through on helping with requests. For the money it costs to live here, the service and accommodations are atrocious!!! Do not rent here!
