Very loud, apartment to apartment, and can be dirty at times. If they want to live in a college dorm again I would recommend.

Would- I love the spacious feel of my unit. It needs some updating and repairs, but generally it meets my needs and is satisfactory. Would not - Parking. I do not have a reserved spot and depending on what time of night I come in, there’s a chance I won’t have a spot. Also, if you have any large vehicle it’s tough. Neighborhood- I would not recommend a family moving into the building for this reason.

Many items of maintenance are left undone. Mostly in the garage area. In the garage elevator lobbies the doors are always broken and the area is filled with garbage.

The quality of care for the sidewalks and garage area being cleaned has gone down hill since the gentleman who took care of those tasks left.

Maintence hasn’t fixed any of the problems I requested to be fixed since I moved in 7 months ago.

My unit was also not cleaned before I moved in. So clearly there is a need for a look at the maintence and cleaning process here.

Office staff is great, helpful friendly and responsive. The amenities (except for the pool) are satisfactory and meet my needs.

It's in a good location and the gym is pretty nice but it's pricey and now the entire front of the building smells like urine since the dog area was removed from the back. A big mistake in my opinion in which I don't understand. I would much rather have the back of the building, which no one actually goes to, smell bad rather than the entire area around the apartment.

The community is nice if they would just do the maintenance that we request and expect in a timely faahion.

I would totally recommend this Apt community to my family and friends because it is easy to live here. You are close to all the attractions around Denver, the bars, the museums, shopping, gyms and of course the Coors Feild is right next door! The staff is very friendly makes you feel at home!

It's expensive. None of my friends could afford it.

Compared to a lot of the newer places opening, TwentyOne 01 is not as competitive for people looking to move downtown.

Most people I know can't afford to live downtown, as I am almost priced out of here.

Don't want family or friends living near me

Outside noise can be a nuisance at times but that is to be expected with city living - my main warning to friends would be the rent hikes that we have experienced the last 2 years. Other buildings in LoHi and Cap Hill do not increase rent every year, or not at the amounts that have been increased here with the old management. This would deter tenants from a steady living arrangement.
