The community is conveniently located to downtown Denver. I might recommend it to someone who worked there or wanted to participate in an urban lifestyle.

This community was located near the trendy LoDo area of Denver, within walking distance of Coors Field, restaurants, shopping, and a dog park. The amenities were neat, clean, and well maintained. The rent was reasonable compared with other communities in the area.

This is a really great community. The one downfall is a lack of guest parking, it seems to be a common problem in the area.

On the phone call the associate didn't give very much information. He wasn't very friendly on the phone or on site.

I just did not feel like anything special. I felt like just another number or dollar sign. I did not feel like time was taken to get to know me and what exactly I was looking for. There was no guest card completed. The agent wrote my name, number and email address on the back side of some piece of paper at the end of the tour. The list price of the apartment was very expensive for what it had to offer and the value created for it was not up to the asking price of the apartment.
