I think that I have been more than patient with this apartment complex but I honestly just can't possibly see how they stay in business. This goes for both the OLD and NEW management, effective July, 2015.

The carpets in this place are disgusting and stained in the hallways. I live in a corner unit and every morning at 7:00 AM the maintenance people open and close the storage door which happen to be directly below my bedroom closet. It is incredible loud, annoying, and completely unnecessary for them to use it knowing that it ruins any possible chance to sleep past 7:00 AM...even on the weekends!

It's the other things too: the hot tub is broken almost every time I want to use it, the pool smells funny, you have to run the water for 5 minutes if you want it cold, and the shower can't keep up a steady temperature.

The last straw was today; I wanted to book the guest room A MONTH IN ADVANCE for my friend who needs a place to stay for one night. Sure enough, can't do THAT because they let someone book the spare room for an entire month! What is the point in offering these "perks" for over $1,300 in rent / month when you can't deliver on a single promise?!?

I hate it here and am counting the months until I move. Don't stay here, keep looking.
