Not worth the money

There are much better places to live in the area and this one is expensive for what it offers. It was built only a few years ago but is already falling apart due to poor workmanship and maintenance. The garage is supposed to be secure but that's only when the gates are working. Halls have no heat or A/C and if you live on the top floor you will be drenched in sweat just getting to the elevator...and of course that is sweltering as well...when it even works.

The people in the office are nice until you sign on the dotted line. After that they make promises and don't keep them. They seem to have a lot of turnover. The property manager is a big part of the problem.

The common areas are not cleaned often enough. Garbage piles up and overflows in the cyber cafe and mailbox area. The garbage in the outdoor grill area is not picked up often enough. By the end of a weekend it's disgusting.

This place is advertised as dog friendly but the doggie area has been closed and now there are only a few tiny strips of grass around the building. Otherwise it's mostly concrete.

This is supposed to be in glamorous Cherry Creek but is a stone's throw from Glendale. If you live on the east side your view is the back of a bar and other businesses, and a gas station. On the south side I have heard of people seeing rats running around on the ground at night. On the north side you are looking at a busy street and a retirement community parking lot. The west side has great views of the Mountains if you are high enough. There are two interior courtyards. One is nice and quiet. The other one, where the grills are, is party central. Not only do people party on the ground, they are yelling from balconies. Management does a very bad job of policing this.

On the positive side the apartment room and closet sizes are good, everyone has a washer/dryer and the location is convenient to downtown and I25. There is a nice fitness center, cyber cafe and clubhouse that are open 24/7.
