I would not recommended the Sonata for several reasons but two main reasons come to mind. They do not allow dogs. This is Colorado! Who doesn't allow dogs! My friends and family are dog lovers and while I chose not to have a dog because of my schedule, we cannot even have visiting dogs. The other reason is the parking. My fiancé and I work crazy schedules. The Sonata only have us one red tag and one blue tag because we have a garage. We asked for 2 red tags because my fiancé works sometimes until 2 or 3am. The last thing I want to do is get up to switch tags. We also recently received the letter about switching to stickers. That is fine expect we now will not have the opportunity to change tags. One car will always have to park in the garage and one in the parking lot. During the summer it is not a major issue. The winter however is. My fiancé is on call 50% of the year. He gets the garage when he is on call and I get it the rest of the time. The new sticker situation will not allow us to continue our arrangement. We want to park in the garage! So two tags of the same color shouldn't matter in our case. This is the other reason I would not recommend the Sonata. I have to deal with enough politics and rules at my job I don't want to have to do this when I get home as well.

If the rent increases, I'll may as well purchase

Don't see the value for the money- things are often in disrepair and the apt finished are old and cheap

Size of garage and lack of common area.

It is a good location and appropriate price for the apartment you receive.

I would recommend the community for the quiet atmosphere, cleanliness and monthly rental rate. I would hesitate to recommend the community for the lack available parking for paying residents. It appears that more vehicles are parking inside the gates that have no valid parking pass and the residents who have the pass are forced to park out and away from their building or the property for that matter.

I like the layout of my apartment and the location. The office staff are very friendly. In the past some of my maintenance requests have not been handled in a timely manner and I hope that will improve with new management. I haven't had to submit any requests since the property has been sold. I'd like to see better security with the gate when it snows. Maybe fix the gate so that it still works in bad weather and doesn't have to be left open.

Apartments are not very quiet. Units are small. Snow removal is mediocre.

I think the ownership transition has not gone well at the community. I have had several requests made in person at the office go completely unanswered. The former staff under EQR was much more responsive. I think more effort should be made by the community manager and staff to get to know residents.

size and quality of apartment is good for the price. Generally quiet and beautiful community. Great location.

Because my family and friends enjoy a quiet living experience.
