In four days, my roommates and I will have lived at Addison at Cherry Creek for one month. Due to our phone jacks not being wired correctly when we moved in, we STILL do not have internet. Century Link came in a week after we moved in to help install or modem. He let us know that it wasn't a problem with Century Link, but that our jacks needed to be rewired by our apartment maintenance crew. Since then, it's been two and a half weeks, and management keeps lying to us, saying they will have someone in today or the next day. It keeps getting pushed further back, so that we're paying for internet services we don't have. The assistant manager, Joyce, actually told my roommate that this issue was not a priority of theirs. How is it possible that any member of management staff, let alone the assistant manager, wants to represent their company that way?
They're beautiful apartments, but I wouldn't pay this much if I had known it came without internet the first month. This has been a huge setback for me working from home and for my roommate, who's a busy student. Addison at Cherry Creek does not respect the needs of their tenants.
