Very small for the price. The location is great and the neighbors are wonderful. Unfortunately, the management company is the worst, not to mention the office manager has a serious attitude! A few days ago, the pipes froze in our building and we were out of water...but we weren't contacted, not even a phone call or letter saying our water would be on and off for 2 days. I tried contacting the management company but to no avail. Ive left several messages for them over the course of my lease and never have I received a call back. Please, save yourself and move on.

I am very happy with my apartment. It is in a good location, I don't have any issues with my neighbors or parking. The leasing office is always nice whenever I talk to them. I've only had to do one service request and they had it taken care of the same day. It is an older apartment without all the fancy fixtures, but honestly, I could care less. Its clean and the price is right.
