Can not comment on the apartments because they did not gave me the chance to live in one. After taking my money an telling to pick up the keys next day the admission was denied and now i am out of 1200 dollars for the next three weeks. They charge for the apartment, Moving Fees ,Application, and extra 370 dollars because I do not make enough money monthly. From the beginning they knew what was my monthly income. They even charge me more money in admissions because of it. Now the denied me because of that reason. Not approved because my income. It was the easiest money they made in application fees. 

The agent was pleasant, and the community was nice.

The leasing professional linked the open plan to my being able to entertain. He did well in building rapport with me. He was not efficient in overcoming my objection.

The upgrades were apparent, but I have seen more offered for less money. I was only given a tour of the property around the leasing center, so I am not really aware of what the community looks like. The leasing professional did not really sell the apartment and community.
