This community is nice and clean. I would most likely enjoy living here. The staff is caring and friendly.

One year ago I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Now, I feel differently.

The apartments were very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

The only con that I have is that there is not an enclosed patio. That would have been very helpful so that my dogs could get some air without me worrying about them running off.

I would not recommend it because you don't get what you're paying for: consistently working amenities, and the office lady is not getting things done in a timely manner.

The community had many amenities and was very appealing. However, the price seemed somewhat exorbitant, considering the small square footage of the apartments, and the fact that residents have to pay for their own water. The price seemed high when one also considers the extra fees incurred if one wishes to lease a garage and/or a washer and dryer. The fact that each apartment I saw was equipped with vertical blinds that, in my experience, fall off and break easily, conveyed to me that the management was unwilling to provide quality blinds or shutters that last longer.

The community was well kept, and I was impressed. The leasing professional was very friendly and made me feel valued. I would have leased from this leasing professional based off my visit.

Even though I was unable to see an apartment, the leasing agent made me feel welcomed and tried to make my time there count.

The leasing agent was a very nice person and the apartment had everything anyone would want.
