Too expensive

i love location and appearance of apartments, afforadable for as luxurious as they are!

I really liked this community. It was quiet and clean. They also had holidays events where resident could participate.

The property was appealing and simple, with all the basic amenities and features one would expect for the value.

Manco Abbott has the best apartment complexes in Central Valley. I would highly recommended.

This is a clean and quiet community located in the heart of Visalia. Close to shops and quick freeway access, this is a terrific location. One, two and three bedroom floor plans are available and all come with washer/dryer connections. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool/spa area, parking and they have an after hours courtesy patrol service. Staff is friendly and professional.

I would be okay referring someone from our company but you take the luck of the draw with who your neighbors are anymore. I like being tucked back a way from everything but still, security isn't solid.

The location was nice and among a residential area. The community was clean and well kept.

The community had everything I would be looking for. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Bad custmer service

The leasing agent carried herself in a professional manner at all times while touring the property.

Although the price value of these complex is pretty steep, but it is worth living here, I only wish I had a view.

The parking situation is my only negative comment.

She was very nice and the community was very well kept and looked very inviting.
