There is nothing different or special about this property that sets it above the rest.

I would recommend this apartment community to my relatives & friends because of the warm welcome of the office personnel and the immediate action of the maintenance services that we experience. Thank you very much.

The apartments are of great quality, it is safe here, and the volleyball/racquet ball court is great. Also the parking setup is fantastic!

When we moved in some 13 years ago we were attracted by the closeness to stores, the appearance of the grounds as well as the inside of the apartment themselves. I am hoping that we will feel the same way a year or two from now.

The rent should be lower.

Balcony is not sealed in, which amplifies neighborly noise and mess.

Too expensive. Throwing away money for rent that could go towards a mortgage.

There are other apartments in the community that offer more amenities for the same price.

I would not recommend these apartments unless security measures are improved and the pool is heated.

Due to Latoya's negative attitude and rudeness me, I would not even think of recommending this place anyone. I am strongly considering moving from Mountain Terrace.
