Reason: There's always a reason from the management of MISUNDERSTANDING! 3 situation that happened to us that the management let the maintenance went to our apartment without our approval. We had communicated with them that every time something needs to be fix they need to let us know ahead of time so that we can be there. For the third time I came home to our apartment my closet was open which is not normal for us, then I walk around the apartment find a gum in the carpet then a piece of paper in the table that the member of maintenance went to our apartment without our permission and did some work.

I don't think you're getting what you are paying for. This "community" isn't even a community. All they have here is a pool that would classify it as a community. And then laundry rooms are ridiculous. $1.50 for EACH washer and dryer. The washers are so small you can't fit but 10 shirts in one and they dryers only dry for 45 minutes each so don't except to put a lot of clothes in one, because they won't dry all the way. Dryers are supposed to go a minimum of 60 minutes. We've also had problems with people parking in our reserved spot, to the point where we had to call a tow truck. I don't trust the people who live here.
