The community was very well maintained and had only three bedroom townhomes. The townhomes had very nice features with thoughtfully created floorplans. The amenities were in excellent condition. The leasing professional was sincerely interested in helping me and gave a thorough tour centered on showing me the community had everything I said I wanted. The price seemed a little high for the neighborhood.

The community was clean, and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming and came across as pleasant. She exhibited a level of engagement that was comfortable. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized and her presentation of the community was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. I felt that what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being complete.

The property really impressed me. The well maintained landscaping and the extras in the pool area. The layout of the townhomes, not too close to each other. The garage was connected to some of the apartments.

This community is located off of the freeway. The community was built a year ago and there are three bedroom townhomes. They have a pool, fitness center, and an outdoor entertainment area including a television and fireplace with gas grills for the residents to enjoy. The townhomes are spacious and beautiful. The patios have fireplaces. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and hardwood floors. There is a two car garage in every apartment. The upstairs have three spacious bedrooms. The leasing professionals are professional and friendly, and they are professionally managed. I would love living at this community.
