Because of the construction noise, and the ridiculous amount of dog noise in here. Sometimes it feels like I am surrounded by dog kennels instead of apartments. The management of the apartments across the street is very careful about that. They don't allow more than 1 dog per apartment and they have many rules regarding responsible dog ownership.

The size and layout of the apartments are great. I also like the the proximity to shopping & restaurants. The staff are responsive and friendly. I feel safe living here.

When I compare what I'm paying for a studio apartment to the rental rates around Valencia, there is no reason for me to recommend renting here.

I have concerns about maintenance and this pretty building perhaps ending up some weird color. Would recommend for location, the pool, and the town square in front of the building. Also I like my neighbors. Good group of people here.

The 1 year lease only does not allow for a person to know what to expect with rent increases.
