Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The customer service I experienced was commendable. The community itself was ordinary but has charming with the old trees and greenbelt. Everything I saw was well maintained and in good order. Since I saw a furnished model, it was hard to get a real feel for the floor plan itself. I did like the overall flow and private outside patio area.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community was similar to other properties in the area. The property was clean and well maintained in appearance. The Leasing Professional was skilled in her interaction with visitors. She was focused and energetic. The property was equal in value to the price offered. I would recommend the community to friends and associates.

Decent size decent price.

My brother and I have been looking for a place to move into, but we have a dog and cat so Park Plaza's pet friendly policy is a big plus, and on top of that the rent is pretty fair considering the area and amenities. We met with Belen the first time we went and Lisa the second, they were both professional and friendly and gave us a great tour of the place. The dog park is a nice little bonus as well. Overall I would give Park Place a 4.4 stars based on what I've seen so far.

Very impressed with layout and features

My son and I met with Lisa R. and we both were impressed. Lisa was very professional and business like but so friendly. Your apartment complex, very clean, I like all the features you offer.

Very professional, friendly, and inviting

The staff was nice, quick, and very inviting. Love that is a non smoking community. Im excited to move in!

This home fits us just right.

Friendly profecional enviroment within financial means. Located near schools, parks and work. Excited to reside in a clean and functional home.
Thank You.

Me and my wife are very happy to move to Park Plaza!

Great apartment size and conditions; everything is new and upgraded: closets with mirror doors, no carpet in the living-room :), great closet sizes, nice wood kitchen cabinets, bathroom with shower-doors, Air conditioner and heater. Beautiful swimming pools with barbecue place and fire place to join family time. Daycare for kids to stay after school. Laundry room are nice and clean and machines text you when your clothes is ready, it is great! I felt save because there were cameras around the apartments and Always securities in the parking lot every time I visit. Best deal and price out of over 60 apartments that I visit in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana area. I am very happy that i found this place. Lisa was the person that helped me and she went out of her way to accommodate my family needs. Manager time were very understandable and fair when it came to a deposit decision.

They took my BIG 190 Golden-Doddle3>She 3>the Park

I can honestly say!! I never heard of an apartment complex that catered so much to Dogs. I called 100x's of places and the second i would tell them (Teza"s) wght. they literally hang up on me. I had been so stressed for weeks until i called here. The second i heard a very happy voice say"of coarse" i left work and ran to see the place and meet the happy voice. LOVE, LOVE. I moved in just last weekend and Teza cries when we leave the dog park. The staff is so caring, especially Gelen she was very helpful with my all my needs. The cookies are the BOMB btw. I have a 2bdroom with an awesome backyard very quiet and great!

Love this place!

Great apartment, everything new, no carpet in the living-room :), great closet sizes. Lisa was the person that helped me and she went out of her way to accommodate my family needs.

Very Beautiful, Loaded with perks. Very Excited

My wife and I thought we had settled on a different apartment complex nearby until we saw what Park Plaza had to offer. Beautiful complex, much more modern and even cheaper than the other complex. The tenant parking situation fit our needs. On site daycare at a discounted resident price was a HUGE plus. Six different laundry facilities that you can monitor on your computer to see how many washers and dryers are available and when your clothes are ready. The gym was nice as well. Office staff Lisa R. was very informative. I can't wait to move in.

Amenities,convenient location,great remodeled floor plans

Received great customer service from Lisa R.

My favorite amenity if I had to choose would be the gym

What you see is what you get- good service

This complex is in the metropolitan area of Costa Mesa- urban sounds and business are to be expected, so realize you get what you pay for. The great part is the management is willing to work with you- my roommate and I recently moved in but are adding a third roommate and management has been great about working with us to swap units. I love that it is pet friendly and has its own dog park. There are two pools and a pseudo gym- but you will be living walking distance from anything you need. The only HUGE drawback from this complex is the issue with GUEST PARKING. They need to invest in a vertical structure or something to help accomodate for all the guests in this complex.

WE LOVE IT! BEST DOG PARK IN OC

Me and my husband move here from San Diego with our 2 bf's. We have a large dog and a small one they were the only ones that would take (Sammy & Pedro) . When we first arrived i wont lie i was pretty shocked to see their parking. Its pretty cool but i am a not the best driver so we took the carports. Parking is tight i guess for those who have multiple cars. We are good. OUr location is AWESOME! pretty quiet for the most part. The staff is always professional and friendly! We been here for 5 months now and our lease is coming up and we are defenatly renewing for another 6 mo.

The apartments have great potential but people are careless.

The rooms are a nice size and their layouts are comfortable but could use a little more storage space. One of the drawbacks is the careless way people throw garbage on the ground, they don't pick up after their dogs, and it's often left there for days as no one sees to it to have it cleaned up There aren't any receptacles on the grounds to throw wrappers or bags out. Would it help? People would have to care and most don't since they won't even pick up after their own pets. The other downside is the parking and the security. The spots are very tight and again people totally disregard rules. They drive in through the exit, they jimmy the gate doors to keep them unlocked, and often time there is no security as the gates are kept open and the security guards aren't doing anything about it.

Run for the Hills.....

In a nutshell :
ROACHES!
HORRIBLE PARKING
BAD MANAGEMENT
The apartments would be decent IF management and residents were considerate of others.
