Great experience at California Palms
Hey all.
I've been a tenant at this wonderful building for a year, then I moved to north los angeles because of a job change. I had an amazing experience. The manager is always in the office (and this building is professionally managed, meaning that the manager is NOT one of the tenants but is a real corporate office worker). They get back to you almost instantly. IF there is a maintenance required, they'll do it for you ASAP and they will report back to you with the results.
Building is super clean, roach free, and it checked regularly. There is an onsite patrol to make sure the building is safe (although the building is gated). I virtually left my car window open at all times and nothing happened.
The only problem that I see with this complex is it will raise your expectations to such a high standard that you will not be satisfied with anything else, anywhere else :)
The rent is great too -- and specifically in this year (2014) they have not raised their rent as much as other buildings have done. Very satisfying.
