The property is an older community located in San Pedro next to restaurants and shops and is reasonably priced.

The apartments are smaller then I expected and there is no washer/dryer in them. The staff was great, professional, inviting, and easy to engage in conversation with. The community was nice, although the outside of the building can use a little makeover. The inside was nicely upgraded and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, however, I did not find the community too appealing. They were lacking in amenities and did not have the most modern layout. It was hard to imagine the real apartment in an office.

I could tell that everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, even with the others that I met very briefly. I would personally recommend those apartments to anyone looking to lease in that area.
