It's quiet, the residence are friendly, the grounds are kept up and both management and maintenance are good. Where I'm a little cautious, even though I don't mention it when I recommend to others, are the hallway carpets. They need to be replaced because they reflect not to well on the facilities.

overall this is a nice place to live but was promised the very old and stained entrance carpet was going to be replaced. I've been here 12 months and have yet to see that happen...the property is kept up nicely but is an eyesore when entering the building and should be updated,,especially since our rates keep going up yearly
