After living here for 8mos i found this place to be nothing better then downtown skidrow. People here throw trash on top of the car port and not in the trash bin.The kids play in the car ports with there bikes and scratch your car. It smells bad around here most of the time . There is trash all over the place they only keep in clean by the rental office.When i moved in they did not tell me the place was full of roaches i then read reviews on the place and found other people complaints about roaches. The pool have been closed down twice because they let the kids in the pool with diapers on. They fixed up the rental office to make you think this is a upscale apartment. Don't be fooled. Some apartments have up to 10 people living in them. I read where is said no pets well where i stay in the back it seems everyone has a dog that they let do there thing on the grass and don't clean it up. You have to watch your step and the odor i cant wait to move, Before you move check out the place your going to move to.
