Would never recommend this place. There is zero visitor parking unless you park at the front gate, get out of your car, walk up to a row of little signs, write down a phone number to Arrow head tow company, and call them for a 24 hour pass. Then continue waiting at the gate until someone with a controller pulls up behind you to open it. Had a visitor over less than 10 hours and they got their car towed. The tow company was extremely rude, and they charged me $360 to get their car back. I go talk to the front office about it because now I'll be short on rent, they tell me that I can only give them a 3 day pass through the tow company, they can't have a window sticker parking pass unless they live with you. They also want that visitors car information. I used to really like it here but now I can't even have people over without going to great lengths to keep their cars from being towed and them having to be patient at the gate until someone opens it for them at night. :-( Acacia Park Apartments couldn't care less about their tenants. Will not resign this lease....Don't mess with my love ones. Shoulda stayed at Castlepark apartments. At least they were nice in the front office, had visitor parking and didn't tow visitors in unassigned parking spots. Nice lay out though. LoL
