It's in the perfect spot, everything at your convenience. Rooms are big. Only one thing, I wish they had washer dryer hookups in each apartment, however, the laundry room works just fine just make sure you load money on your card before office closes . I've lived here 6 years now and I'd still recommend it.

It's a quiet neighborhood that is close by to all necessities but not in a troublesome location.

I would tell them that the staff in the office is great just the building itself is not. Cracks in baseboards and laminate is slowly peeling away.

I thought the community was a good price for what it offered. The leasing consultant was amazing. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

If the leasing professional would have either delivered on the apartment that was scheduled to preview or acted with some concern as to rescheduling prior to me showing up then it would have changed my perception of her desire to meet my needs as a resident looking to lease. The initial impression is very important and she did not make a good initial impression by not remembering or expecting the appointment she set with me. The appearance of the community is decent from what I saw but there were no exceptional standouts. It appeared to be clean. The neighborhood which the community is located in seems to be average.

I was impressed with the staff's professionalism. The leasing agent made sure I was comfortable. The property itself looked clean and quiet. The office was warm and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and refreshing. I would lease at the community.

it is nice quite, were i stay!. and the ppl that work there r nice. But there r kids there that will make u mad were they play @ and how they don't have any one looking after them so u can tell some one...

I have lived here for about 7 months now. When I first moved in everything was fine. Lately things have gone down hill and it makes no sense seeing how they are now charging MORE money for rent. They want to charge more money for rent, but not give tenants anything in return for this. Trash is ridiculous. It is the tenants job to pay for trash every month and the bill is a different amount every month. Tenants leave full living room sets by the trash bins and various furniture pieces weekly. Every morning, people who do not live in the community come into the community and dig through the trash looking for recyclables. They claim to be a gated community, but yet every gate that leads into the community is UNLOCKED and does not require a key to get in. Also, management is rude and acts like they do not care about their tenants. Good luck on getting maintenance to fix anything. I have needed maintenance to come numerous times to fix the same issue. Also, its great that they have a fitness center, but it does not cater to the working tenant, seeing how it is open between leasing office hours only. So, if you work from 8-5, you will not be able to use the fitness center at all. Also, the fitness center is closed all day on Sundays. There used to be a lot of security that would walk around the community at night, lately I haven't seen any security. Definitely think twice before moving here.

Very good looking place, i love the amount of parking, they layout, and weight room/pool etc.
