I have lived at this community for 5 years. For the most part they have been good years. The complex is gated, they allow cats and fish only. The walls are a little thin so several times throughout the years I have had to ask the neighbors to quiet down. I only told the manager once as the most noisiest neighbors are his friends he just made excuses for them. I have to understand because they have teenagers! The funny thing is just before I talked to him my other neighbor complained about me because my son ran upstairs and they heard it and the manager gave me a talking to! lol Since then I have talked to the neighbors when their noise gets real bad and they have always turned it down, it is just a drag when it wakes me up!
Rent is okay for the area, no central A/C, just wall units, 1 upstairs 1 down. No dishwasher, the apartments are nothing fancy.
There are a few kids in the complex, but the manager is a real stickler for kids playing outside. There isn't a designated play area and kids are not allowed to run around. There is a pool and jacuzzi, but kids are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
