I was very impressed with the community and staff. Based on my experience, I would recommend this community to family and friends.

I loved the amount of storage that comes with the apartment. The laundry area was very spacious and the apartment felt more like a house. The attached garage, 24 hour fitness center and fireplace were second to none.

This was a nice community. However, I would probably steer friends and family towards home ownership for the price they charged for rent.

This gated community has great amenities, a pool and spa complete with outside shower. I liked the large green well maintained lawn and gardens. The apartment was well arranged with tons of closet space. I would recommend this community to anyone.

The community was beautifully maintained. The residents were out and active with each other. The bedrooms were spacious and the prices were affordable.

This was an exceptional visit. The consultant was friendly and professional. She talked about the community and management in such a positive manner, and said she had lived there for several years and it was home to her.

From the sparkling blue swimming pool, to the smell of new cedar mulch in the gardens, this was an impressive community. The apartments offer spacious living, and having your washer/dryer right in your apartment makes life much easier. The fitness center was full of all the newest and best equipment, and the clubhouse gives a feeling of warmth and relaxation while sitting and watching the fire from the large fireplace.

Overall, I think the apartments were very clean. The agent did a very good job and explained the apartments and amenities. The management was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this community.

The community was attractive and well cared for. The apartment home was nice, had all the appliances, as well as the little extras. The kitchen had a lot of cabinet and counter space and the closet was huge. It was a great value!

I was very pleased with the Ridgeview Apartment Homes as a whole. Ridgeview is clean. There is a great feeling that is inviting. I would love to live here. The pool area is clean. The gym has state of the art equipment; I love the play area for the kids. Pet friendly, however you don’t smell them. This is a big plus!

This was the best shop I have been on. The leasing professional was friendly and warm. She made us want to sit down and talk to her. She offered refreshments, and she just sat and talked with us for a while. Then she got out the information that she had taken from me on the telephone and started talking about the community, the amenities and all that the management company had to offer. She was professional while being a great people person at the same time. The management company has a jewel there!
