Yes, It was a home for me. I lived there for around 2 yrs. We need to appreciate the staff there, especially the housekeeping. They are available for 24/7 and friendly too. We get all facilities in all the days, like Water, even though we'd severe drought in CA. Trash is collected on time, Covered parking and very close to all grocery shops and restaurants.

The service is excellent.  Every issue with the apartment that has come up has been normal maintenance and was handled quickly and efficiently by the maintenance staff.  The leasing office and property management staff is friendly and has worked with me to resolve other issues.  I have seen them go above and beyond helping others and myself.  The grounds are kept clean and  manicured.  The only thing I see as an issue is the new flooring, they removed carpeting and put in wood flooring, which looks wonderful, but I am in an upstairs apartment and the wood flooring makes it louder downstairs, everything seems to echo, so a little noisier during the day (At times it sounds like there is someone above our apartment, but there isn't).  But it is apartment living and it isn't something that would deter me from leasing here.  Overall so far it has been a very good experience.

I have lived here for 2 years, and the improvement that has taken place was much needed and now that it is finished ready to be enjoyed I couldn't be more happy. The landscape is clean and very well kept. The pool has all new features....new tables, chairs and lounges,  and a BBQ area for enjoying dinner while relaxing. Never noisy, and all my neighbors are all pleasant. For your money, this is a great place to raise your family. 

I bought this 3 months back and we are happy with the home, leasing office people are friendly and supportive, timely solution of complaints, nice parks for kids to play.

I am pretty happy with the maintenance service with this apartment. Every time that I made a service call, they would come in the fix the problem. I also like the fountain area which makes the complex nice and lively. I would not like it to become a dog park.

People feeding wild cats in the parking lot by placing piles of food which attracts raccoons. Also havin to hear everything the people above do

The rent is almost as high as some of my friends mortgage payments for less square footage.

The overall property outside appears worn, old lighting fixtures, car port and mailboxes.

They are NOT worth the money

I am a REALTOR here in town, and cannot really reccomend this apartment complex. I really want to, because you have some of the best floorplans for roommates! However, the lack of some of the amenities that most of the other communities offer, keeps me from reccomending your apartments.

Everything has gone downhill since the new owners took over including office management, maintenance, new landscaping crew, and overall communication. The maintenance men are very nice, they are the only people that make me feel at home, however I have had a situation for over a month that has not been resolved. I will not be resigning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else unless things start to change dramatically.

Quite frankly, it depends on what happens with the pond and foutain area. These offer a lovely atmosphere to the property. I have spoken to several neighbors who will be very disappointed if the complex turns it into a dog park. I do own two big dogs, but feel that with all of the beautiful grass areas in the complex and a large park directly across that street that this is not necessary.
