The apartments itself are nice and cozy although they are pretty old but you get what you pay for. They are gated community and across the street from bart station and shopping center. However the maintance service is very poor you might as well fix it yourself. Another downfall of this apartment is no matter how much you scrub and clean the place you will never get your full deposit back. Receiving a parking spot at this place is pointless, if you come home late someone may take your spot and there is nothing you can do. Security barely checks and they dont tow away cars for being parked at an unauthorized parking spot even after letting the office know 100 times.
