This community was not appealing. The exterior, though well-maintained, seems outdated and unattractive. The level of service by the leasing agent fell short in that he did not describe the features of the apartments or the amenities of the property in lieu of a tour.

By telephone I was excited to visit the property, but once I met with the agent, I got the feeling that keeping the apartments filled was more important than selling the apartments.
