The apartments had high ceilings and were presented in a urban style. The square footage was generous. The community had only a couple of amenities. The Consultant was professional and courteous. She toured me the apartment in detail and presented the community in its best light.

The community was Urban Living at it's best! It offered studio, one and two bedroom apartments with exposed concrete ceilings and beautiful hardwood flooring. All apartments included stainless appliances, full sized stackable washer/dryers, and energy efficient AC and heater units, windows, and doors. The community was pet friendly, had a beautiful outdoor podium deck that included a Boche Ball Court and seating areas with a view. There was a state of the art fitness center on-site, as well as on-site parking and secured entryways. The staff was accommodating and available seven days a week. The community was located next to Jack London Square, restaurants, Amtrak, and public transportation. The community was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call their new home.

I was not given a tour of the apartment and their community. However, based on my observation of the surrounding grounds, their community is well maintained. I would likely recommend them to others also because they are close to major area conveniences.

The apartments were of an immaculate, new style with spacious living and a great view. I would refer others to this community as the customer service was excellent and the apartments had a lot to offer.

I spent so little time there to make any conclusions and the leasing agent evidently had no willingness to show me anything or even tell me about anything, including the surrounding area.

The staff was very professional and showed off the assets of the community very well. Although it is a relatively new and well kept community, I find the rent to be high. I tried to gain entry to the leasing office but was unable to do so until one of residents walked and unlocked the door so that I could enter the building. I believe that a second staff person in the leasing office would be appropriate to prevent lengthy periods of time to reach a live person.
