The apartments are pretty nice, and very spacious. However, little things really drive the price up. For example, it has extra high ceilings, which not only makes the rent more expensive, but also makes it difficult (and sunsequently more expensive) to use the heater/AC. It also has in-unit washer/dryer, which is convenient, but pricy. If price isn't too much of a concern, however, its a generally good building with generally good management.
