Its a comfortable place to live and you have enough to get by without worrying too much. Just the neighborhood is a bit weird at times and leaving the complex takes some getting used to.
Thank you Zachary for participating in El Paseo's resident survey program. I am sorry to hear that your refrigerator isn't working properly. I do see that we responded once for your refrigerator, I will speak with Keith the maintenance supervisor about the issue and see what we can do for you. I will follow up with you by end of business day tomorrow March 31,2017.

As you know Pinnacle acquired El Paso in January and we do have future plans to upgrade the amenities in the community which does include the fitness center. YAY!! Thank you for bringing to my attention the lack of cups for the water cooler I will fill them up daily.

Too expensive and not up to date kitchen or bathroom.
Thank you Margaret for participating in El Paseo’s resident survey program. Our team values your feedback and makes every effort to provide excellent customer service to our residents. I am sorry in the delay with the residents messaging system, now that the resident portal is available we can now message residents that have registered and accepted SMS messages to be received. Our IT department is currently working on the gate system so the staff can manage resident’s telephone number input to the gate system. In the mean time I can have our gate vendor manually input your phone number into the system for you. The spa has been repaired and is now heating properly. I understand it can be frustrating when a washer or dryer isn’t working. Our policy is to put a sign on the machine and call for service immediately when it is reported to the staff.
