With no discussion, no warning, and very little explanation*, we've been told we will not be allowed to renew our lease because our building is going "dog free." I've been here over 16 years now, and this is my home. You'd think a company that manages people's homes would understand what that means, but in fact, they could not possibly care less.

*The management cites "resident concerns" about dog noise and hygiene, but we had *zero* opportunity to address any perceived problem. We were summarily thrown out, with no recourse (aside from an offer to move to a smaller unit and/or more expensive unit).

Marina Del Rey Archsonte is has every amentity you want and gives you the feel like you are living in a resort. The staff make you feel like familly and the residnets are a tight nit community that all get a long. If you are looking for the place to be come out and visit Archsonte Marina Del Rey before all the apartments are rented out. Trust me on this they will be soon.
