I would definitely recommend living in The Highland Residence!!

That community was ideal for anyone who needed an all-inclusive lifestyle in one place. I could work outside my apartment without leaving the community which was a huge time saver and stress reducer. I love having the work and living/relaxation spaces defined and separate. The on-site laundry was another perk that saved time. The kitchen was large enough for two people to work in and so was actually a working kitchen space. The staff even organized on-site events such as champagne brunches.

Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional I would be very likely to recommend that community. I found the community amenities to be extraordinary. The community was clean and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as pleasant. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was comfortable. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized, and their presentation of the community was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling that community home was thrilling. I felt that what the community offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being fabulous.

Its just not the same as it was when I moved in a year ago.

I don't really know my community. I like the building and safety.

The community was in a very central location.

Would be nice to figure out a way to provide more privacy within the units. Feel like I have to constantly keep shades drawn as everyone in common areas can see directly into units. Is it possible to tint windows? or is there a solve? The units are extremely close together and not comfortable to look directly into other apartments. Also, the common area on first floor should be more accessible. Currently it is closed in the evening and on most weekends.

I would move in right now. The rooftop was amazing. The finishes were great. The leasing professional was very good.

It's in a good overall location, but also the street noise is ridiculous at times, you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking, Airbnb guests seem to not follow the rules.

The community is very nice and appealing. The floor plans are well designed. The location is great. The staff is professional.

The amenities were very nice and in well kept condition. Lots of appeal and comfort. The apartment was very spacious and provided great views of the surrounding area. The pricing was fair for what you would be getting. The leasing agent was very pleasant and friendly. She provided a detailed tour of the community and used my needs well. She was a benefit for this community.

It was very upscale community. The leasing professional was polite and informative.

The community was brand new and had the latest state of the art fitness center and other beautiful amenities. The agent was friendly, welcoming, interested in helping me, and gave a very good tour. The price seemed high for the size apartment, even in that area. I would probably be happy living there and would recommend it to my friends.
