The price was too high for the square footage of the apartment.

The property was very neat and clean. It was a large property in a convenient area that was close to shopping, dining, and an airport. They had a lot of different sized apartments, and the customer service was good.

The community amenities were limited but in good condition. The apartment was spacious and provided an old-style appearance, which was pleasant. There was good closet space and good window space as well. The leasing agent was pleasant, helpful and maintained a good attitude throughout the tour.

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we love this place already. we had an amazing leasing agent Nathan. He was the best! He helped us with everything and made this so easy and stress free! We had a couple issues with a cabinet and a shade, Nathan had someone come and fix it the next day we moved in!!! This place has great customer service. We hope to stay here a long while!

Conveniently located (Rt across from the Lakewood Mall).
Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part. I personally recommend dealing with Virginia as she is the most friendly & responsible staff on the team.
Quiet neighboorhood & well maintained courtyards and sidewalks. The Gardening staff does a great job of maintaining the outdoor areas etc.
The only issue I would point out is that the washing machines in the complex have been broken since I moved in over 6 months ago. The last I brought up the subject one of the leasing staff indicated the machines are supposed to be replaced in the new year. Here we are at the end of the first quater of the new year and they are still broken (and have been for a very long time according to some neighbors).
Other than that nice apartment complex.

When the day came for moving from apt to another in the same complex they gave me no hassle they treated me kindly very politely and professionally manner and on time. My wife and I all of our experienced overall here in Lakewood manor is very happy and continue staying here and we we will recommend other people and friends here in Lakewood manor. We would recommend to talk to either the manager Anna or Laura there in the office they are very very helpful to get the job done and a professionally. Actually all of them are very friendly and helpful if you ever needs something go to the office and they welcome you with a smile...

i just moved in here a week ago.
laura, one of the employees, she is very nice and helpful. we were very concerned about area safety issue because we are not familiar with this area. (we are from irvine, sandiego) anyways, she offered us many important information to decide to lease the apartment. i really thank her. also, the apartment is very nice and clean and quite :) i like this place !! :)

My whole experience from inquiry until my actual move was a very pleasant experience. My Relocation Expert (Virginia) made my moving experience very smooth. She was full of valuable information and answered all my questions with great knowledge. She had such a energetic personality and was excited to assist. I would recommend the Lakewood Manor to anyone looking for a pleasant moving experience from start to finish!
