Based on my visit and interaction with the leasing professional, I would undoubtedly recommend the community. The leasing professional was very nice, and was well prepared for my visit. She gave me a detailed tour, and really made an effort to understand my preferences and help me find an apartment I would love. The grounds were attractive and well cared for. The apartment was clean, attractive, and well maintained. I saw a one bedroom loft apartment which I liked immensely because of all the storage space. The apartment was on the small side, but was a loft with cathedral ceilings which gave the illusion of extra space. There was a full sized stackable washer/dryer in the downstairs powder room which was extended out a little to create a small laundry space. The loft bedroom was small, but had a huge walk-in closet that could accommodate a couple of dressers. The walk-in closet could also be used as a dressing room. Their fitness center was spacious and definitely state of the art. There was a 26,000 square foot sky deck on the roof top that was fantastic, and provided a panoramic view of the entire city. There was no pool, but there were hot and cool spa tubs, a roof top pet park and pet spa, fire pits, and a huge theater screen and projector for movie nights, plus gas grills. I felt that for all that was being offered at the community, plus the quality of the apartments, and the location, that the asking price was commendable.

I was shown the Glendale Galleria and other shopping centers across from the community.

This was a new community. I loved the half acre loft on top of the building.

The building has a modern design and the hallways were ample with a nice theme on the walls. The skydeck was impressive. The leasing consultant was professional and enthusiastic. She showed me the community with pride and her presentation was thorough and adapted to my needs.

I felt that my overall experience was very positive. I was given very good information by the agent. The building was a very good value for the price.
