Mixed experience
ur experience at Dominion Heights was decidedly mixed. Here are my pros and cons, if you are considering renting from this business:
Pros:
- Many professionals, some families, generally people who car about the environment they live in. We met some friendly people here!
-The pool is great in the summer & there is a small park behind the units that is great for walking your dog or playing with your children.
-Within walking distance to grocery stores and the library, etc.
Cons:
-The administrative staff are not helpful at times. At one point there was a water leak above our apartment and we were expected to continue living in the apartment with loud blowers drying the apartment day and night. Only after 2 days of noise did our complaint result in an offer to stay in their "model apartment."
-The price is much higher than average for Fresno
-Dominon Heights will keep your entire deposit for cleaning, regardless of how clean your apartment may be. Their prices for cleaning are exorbitant. This practice alone would keep me from renting here, but if you must, consider paying your own cleaners/painters/carpet cleaners. You will be charged for all of this, and if you hire your own, at least you will pay a fair price.
