Great Environment

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I love my apartment and I love living here. I have a small baby and there are a lot of smokers (mostly marijuana) in the common areas (pool, parks, etc) so that restricts the places I can go, I have to deal with this even inside the building (elevators, and other areas).

We will not be renewing our lease. We were looking forward to the building and community, but it’s been far below expectations.

I do recommend it. It's both the design and quality (artwork in the corridors- no one does that) as an example. Craftsmanship and an apparent commitment to do it right at whatever the costs. I develop real estate and have that OCD eye for detail. Well done. If Ritz Carlton ran communities like ours, they would be doing well to match the Emery as a facility. Equally important- the staff. Obvious great culture amongst the team.

Communication is severely lacking and promises before signing the lease have not been met.
