I moved into PRC about 6 months ago and have been very happy there. The ladies in the office were kind and professional. My apartment fills all my needs, they have asigned parking and courtesy patrol too! I love the location of PRC, it's close to everything i need to be near. It really shows that they take pride in thier community and hold resident events and keep the landscaping up year round. I would recommend PRC to anyone looking for an apt near or in Downey.
