The on site team makes Halcyon House a wonderful and luxurious place to call home. Communication is superb, and always professional and personal. The building is clean beautiful. The team can be seen maintaining everything from common areas to grounds. I am delighted to be a resident.

Apartment finishes seem cheap and poorly done. Apartment amenities upkeep is lacking. Public areas (elevator, lobby, pool area) often dirty.

Mainly, for the price point, the walls and flooring are too thin. You can hear your neighbors foot thumping from above. Especially if your neighbors has kids running around, the noise can be very annoying throughout the day, especially as a someone who works from home.
