RUBS Usage are too high, I have talk to other people leaving here at Alva gardens and they are not too happy about that. in fact, there are some tenants that are moving out and some already have moved out because of this so called RUBS Usage. and they are ready to tell others about this, I know because when I first moved here, that was one of the first thing tenants told me about.

I love the location, essentials are all very close. The size of the apt is good just no storage.

I am only renting for a short period of time for an internship so I would not be able to recommend this complex to most people.
