I think the property was left without routine maintenance for a bit of time. But since this questionnaire went out it has improved.

If you raise my rent into the next 12 months I'm going to move.

I would not recommend it, only because of the dramatic rent increases ea year.

Very pleasant area, pleasant neighbors, ample/easy parking. (More guest parking might be nice), close to the beach, nice weather, great staff, pet friendly.

Rental prices are a detraction when they fluctuate daily. Knowing that my friends would receive the same amenities but pay hundreds more is not an easy sell. If another place had a better workout facility and/or also had a heated pool/jacuzzi for similar rent i would recommend it. Also if the place had nearby street parking for guests. The latter would be a large consideration for suggesting elsewhere.

It really depends on what they are looking for. The apartments work fine for roommate situations but less for families. The limited parking and storage would be an issue for many. However, the washer/drier and bedroom space is great. I think with a few changes to make things more workable for the tenants like the hours for the pool/spa and at least one assigned parking spot per apartment would be nice.

The trash is a big issue. There are two large dumping areas, one of which is right outside my patio. While it is a good thing that pets/dogs are allowed and there are designated dog walking areas, residents do not honor that and often walk their large dogs outside my ground floor bedroom window and I am subject to the smell of feces unless I clean it up or wait for the groundskeepers to do it. Those are issues I would want future tenants to be aware of before recommending this community. I would recommend this community but inform people to carefully choose the location of the unit to avoid issues I mentioned.

I would recommend a town home - my friend lives in a 3 bedroom and it has less of an apartment feel. No overhead neighbors, garages, more space, less noise.

We have recommended to many people. Love the amenities and atmosphere

People do not pick up after their pets

I've recommended this place to several friends, of which, 2 have moved in.

Would not recommend because
-Parking...dont feel comfortable having guests over as there is insufficient parking...Would love to have a friend over and not worry about their vehicle

-Rent constantly increases...

-Lack of privacy (one can hear everything the neighbors say and do, the buildings are close together and the sound echos off the building making it sound the neighbors below you are right in your apartment if you have your windows open; being there is no air condition, my windows are open 8/12 months of the year)

-to much activity...(there is always a maintenance person mowing,or blowing, a loud trash/recycling vehicle...never seems quiet during the day)

-There is a weak sense of community

Would recommend because
-great location

-beautiful well kept pool (it would be nice if it were heated in the winter)

-in unit washer and dryer

-pet friendly

The walls are to thin you can hear the upstairs neighbors entirely to much that is my only and biggest complaint.

If it the ammenities/landscape/community events were better. It would be an awesome community to recommend to a friend.

So far our experiences have been positive, If you are looking for a less transient building or one with older population this may not be the place for you. Also if you are very noise sensitive the road noise can be loud at peak traffic times. My opinion has only been from a 6 month perspective
