The community is awesome and welcoming. The only thing is the footstep sound from the upper floor unit, but that is quiet common on all apartment setup community. But everything else is just amazing, the environment, the cleanness.

Clean environment. Very few disturbances. Convenient location

Its very expensive, you expect it to be nice which it is but I'm not impressed with staff or decisions made by management that has changed since I first moved in.

I recently had my car broken into in our parking garage, bad security, not what you think of when you consider how much we pay to live here.
Bring back the Coffee!

Luxury is not present in this community anymore. We are missing the cappuccino, machine, working TVs,, clean walkways and hallways.

It is a mature, clean and peaceful place to live.

New manager and staff that took over in Summer 2021 (transition from Pearl La Fliresta to Joule La Floresta) are unprofessional, underwhelming, need a lesson in providing good customer service to residents

If you need anything from office staff, they don’t reply to email or portal messages. The leasing agent did not provide us accurate information about the unit prior to moving in, and wouldnt let us see the unit. Now were stuck with it. Parking is too expensive and street parking is no longer an option. The rent is too high for the quality of service we receive.
