The landscaping was in terrible condition. The sidewalks were dirty and stained.

I would probably not sign a lease at this community. When I showed up at the front gate, I dialed 000 so the leasing office could buzz me in. No one answered my call. Then I called the leasing office from my cell telephone two times and no one answered. I had to wait for the agent to return to the office. The pool was extremely dirty with leaves everywhere. I would not go swimming in it.

Based on the staff and community it was okay, but the pool was not clean. The community was located in a cul de sac and seemed to be in a central area of shops and freeways. The kitchen in the apartment was old and outdated, and some modern upgrades would make it stand out more.

I would definitely lease here because it is realistically in a good price range. The community is not the best or have the best curb appeal but the layout is spacious and you get a lot for your money which I like and the security deposit is affordable. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.
