When we moved in we were very hopeful. It's a nice community and very quiet. Grounds are fairly well kept.

Now to the negative.
-Exorbitant pet 'fees' and rent.
-Office staff is incredibly unhelpful.
-Dishonest move out costs. We were billed $300 for an apartment that was cleaned.
-They sent a balance 'owed' to collections after 6 days without contacting us to let us know we owed a penny.
- Unable to furnish an itemized statement for moving costs.
- Required threats of court action to get statement that this was final bill. Was initially told there would be more as "utility bills are 2 months behind" and "further work may be required."
-Final utility bill was for amount 4 times previous month's.
