Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The building needs to be restructured or insulated and needs new windows. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors say and do and the airplanes are so loud you can’t even hear your TV at times.

Management is horrible they don’t work with you and I don’t know what your rent is month to month

The area is amazing. It’s a good place to live; however, the office personnel is always changing. Paper work and staff is inconsistent. Leasing and renewing leases has been a struggle.

Service requests slow. Office staff act like tenants are bothering them and you never get a straight answer.

My car has been broken in to twice in the last week. Need security cameras or some more safety precautions to prevent this from happening.

There are just more affordable options for better living spaces in the same area.

It is a friendly neighborhood to live in and a peaceful community

I was told there would be no downside to doing a 6 month lease, and then 6 months later when I went to renew, my rent was raised significantly. If I had known my rent would be raised, I would have just signed a 12 month lease and kept my original rate. The manager didn't care at all about my situation.

My experience with the office personnel has been unpleasant. I ordered maintenance service a week ago and I still don't get my service.

Good price but remains to be seen if the quality is there. Office staff is nice.

It's great, with a perfect location and proximity to downtown and the college, but still quiet and livable.
