good resident experience

To many roaches. The place is old I understand. But the roach problem is huge.

I would recommend this apartment community. It is located in a quiet residential area, and the leasing management is professional and helpful. I also liked how maintenance requests were handled promptly.

The location is excellent for ASU students, the residents are fairly quiet. I would hesitate to recommend MarQ to anyone because of the amount of smoking residents. I would very much prefer to have a side of the complex that was for smokers and another that is for non smokers so that those that don't smoke aren't negatively affected by those that smoke. A designated smoking area by the pool and away from the other residents should be in place.

Water leak from above apt damaged my leather couch. Mgmt refused to reimburse me told me to file a claim with my insurance. Took months to repair ceiling damage. Constant fumigation for pests on property. Cock roaches and scorpions found in apt. Old appliances leaky dishwasher

Fitness 'center' needs some work.

Althought various updates have been made cleanliness is still needed, I don't think I've ever seen anyone clean the corridors they are full of dirt, leaves and sometimes stacked with bird poop. The for from the corridors in the upper levels are stained. One very important thing that NEEDS to be replaiced completely is the mailbox service it is falling apart. Also the doors and cabinets need to be replaiced, even by adding a coat of paint it is clear they are in bad condition. Otherwise I am glad the building got painted and the parking got renewed.

Management is pretty slow and there is no maintenance system at all.
Gym facility is at worst.

The entire complex seems to have a bug problem. Would not recommend.

I am hesitant to recommend this place due to some neighbors being really loud and active during the night which at times has made it difficult for me to sleep.

The community professional has given us a worst possible hospitality they could. I wouldn't recommend this apts to anyone
