absolutely love it here. I have lived here for ten years and don't plan on moving.

Staff: The staff is wonderful. They are quick to offer a smile and a hello. They work for you, not against you. If a problem arises they will handle it as quickly as possible.

Maintenance: The maintenance staff is on top of their game. If you put in a request it is fixed quickly. I never have to bother the front office and remind them that I have a maintenance request.

Price: Price is very good. That is the reason I have stayed here for so long.

Safety: Being a single woman, I feel safe walking to and from my car even at night.

Location: Right in the center of everything in League City. Schools, I45, restaurants, parks.

Noise: I never hear any noise from the apartments on each side of me. I lived in an apartment not too far from this one before I moved here. The walls were paper thin. It was awful.

Interior: Spacious, nice lay out. Closets are huge! Contrary to some of the reviews, I have NEVER had a pest problem.

I would definitely recommend living here!
Worth every penny.
