This apt is overpriced the complex has alot of problems . trash is always over flowing there are roaches in my apt now since my neighbors moved it, the maintenance orders take 3 or more days to be taken care of and they don't tell you when they are coming . manager has not gotten back to me after 2 weeks that I called and emailed . I called to be put on the spray list for roaches and 2 weeks no one has came . it is poorly managed for the price I pay in time every month .

I would not recommend any friend or family member these apartments because they are poorly managed and when it comes to maintenance they ignore or send someone that does a poor job on what ever I put in a work order. They have a bad roach and bed bugs infestation and only treat once a year. I have lived her for more than 5 years, first 2 years was in a one bedroom and this last years in a two bedroom they have not changed my carpet from any of the rooms since then and when I went to ask to get it changed they told me I had to pay a fee which I consider ridiculous because I always renew my lease. Now with my lease ending in September, which I will renew, they want to charge more even thought they haven't put a washer and dryer like they said they will and no carpet change. I hope they start taking consideration in their residents.
