Pool is not accessible. Rent is too high for the square footage of the apt.

I've had a roach problem since I moved here and still no resolve.

Location location location. Its close to downtown Mesa. Near the 202 Freeway, and also near a couple of grocery stores.

Definitely would recommend and have recommended too. Great area, great staff.

I would recommend it if the rent wasn't so high and if there were bonus for signing a lease or renewing.

I recommend this apartment community to all my family, friends and young adult students. It is a safe place I can call home, it's quite and the neighbors are friendly :)

I really dislike the amount of stray cats that roam the complex. I wish management would ask certain residents to stop feeding the cats every night and making this problem worse. Every night we see about 12 food bowls outside of one apartment in the back building.

Rent is lower than some places. They have a gas grill. s swimming pool.
